K-12 & collegiate outreach: behavioral health arts
We tackle mental health shortages and ignite medical career interest early. Our Behavioral Health Stage Plays and Skits visit elementary, middle, and high schools, teaching empathy, crisis recognition, and wellness. These performances also inspire students to become "Caregiver CEOs," with future college internship programs offering credits within our clinical systems.
Workforce stability: residential support
Housing instability is a major barrier to career completion. We provide a "Housing First" bridge for our students. We connect with residents in transition, helping them enter our healthcare training programs. Helping Hand and Hand Care LLC offers dedicated Residential Home placements, ensuring a safe, structured, and permanent living space while students train to become certified Independent Providers.
Childcare integration: supporting working parents
We remove childcare barriers for working parents to support the demanding schedules of healthcare training and employment. We coordinate with local licensed daycare providers to ensure reliable care during clinical rotations and classes. We're actively expanding our network to include 24-hour childcare options, accommodating the 24/7 nature of the medical field.
